Yoga Hotel & Retreats in the
Kleinwalsertal

We don’t offer yoga as a show. Instead, we offer it the way it should be: calm, authentic, and without pressure.

You can simply join Lena on the mat in the morning. Or stay for a few days and turn it into a full yoga retreat in the Kleinwalsertal.

The Oswalda Hus is neither an ashram nor a self-improvement centre. It’s more of a small organic wellness hotel with 24 rooms, a pool, good food – and enough peace and quiet for you to reconnect with yourself.

If that’s exactly what you’re looking for: it’s the perfect fit.

Hatha Yoga with Lena

Twice a week, things quiet down in our new relaxation room. Tuesday and Friday mornings. Roll out your mat, put your phone away, and you’re ready to go.

Lena teaches classical Hatha Yoga. That means: no fast-paced flows, no pressure to perform, no “you need to go deeper”. Instead, clean movements, breathing, a bit of stretching – and at the end, usually exactly the feeling you came here for.

Yoga is free for guests at Oswalda Hus. You can sign up at reception the evening before – or simply in advance. Lena starts the class with as few as two participants.

What else is going on?

Still got questions?

Is this a traditional yoga retreat hotel?

Not really. We’re not a place that’s all about yoga and nothing else. Instead, we’re a small organic wellness hotel in Vorarlberg that simply incorporates yoga in a meaningful way.

Can I practise yoga without going on a retreat?

Sure. Lena’s classes go ahead as usual on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Just pop along, join in, and feel great.

What type of yoga is offered?

Lena leads Hatha yoga sessions every Tuesday and Friday. Calm, clear, and without any need to outdo each other in contortions. It’s more about reconnecting with your body than about going higher, faster, further.

How big are the groups?

Not too crowded. So there’s still room for you – and not just for the mat next to you.

Do I need any prior knowledge?

No, you can just give yoga a go.

Do you serve vegetarian or vegan food?

Yes. And not just as a side dish. Vegetarian and vegan options are a regular feature of our menu.
